Brian McCoy has meaningful legal experience that he can call upon to best represent his clients. After graduating with High Honors from Duke University School of Law, Brian landed a prestigious judicial clerkship for Judge Michael Kanne of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. He then worked as a litigator for large law firms in Dallas, Texas and in the South Carolina office of a large Charlotte, North Carolina firm. Brian has handled cases at all levels of state and federal trial and appellate courts, including the United States Supreme Court.

Danielle Scimeca graduated with High Honors from Drake University Law School. While in school, Danielle clerked for both small and mid-sized law firms. She also worked as a judicial intern with Chief Judge Anita L. Shodeen in the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Iowa and was awarded the American College of Bankruptcy’s Distinguished Bankruptcy Law Student Award for the 8th Circuit. Danielle gained legal experience in the areas of business law, nonprofits, and family law while working as a student attorney at the Drake Legal Clinic.
