Brian McCoy

Brian McCoy has meaningful legal experience that he can call upon to best represent his clients. After graduating with High Honors from Duke University School of Law, Brian landed a prestigious judicial clerkship for Judge Michael Kanne of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. He then worked as a litigator for large law firms in Dallas, Texas and in the South Carolina office of a large Charlotte, North Carolina firm. Brian has handled cases at all levels of state and federal trial and appellate courts, including the United States Supreme Court.
